All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During busy periods, processing may take slightly longer.
Once your order is processed, it is prepared and dispatched from our fulfilment partners.

We currently only ship within the United Kingdom.

Estimated delivery time is 4–10 business days from dispatch. These timeframes are estimates only and may vary depending on location, courier delays, or supply availability.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking information may take 1–3 days to update.
DELIVERY DELAYS
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or other external factors. However, we will always assist you where possible.
LOST OR MISSING PARCELS
If your parcel appears lost or has not arrived within the estimated delivery time, please contact us at ohpurepets@gmail.com.
If a parcel is confirmed lost in transit, we will arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.
